Principles

1. Legal Compliance

In every country in which we operate, we abide by the laws and regulations of that country. Where the law gives no guidance, we apply our own company standards based on our values and culture.

2. Relations with Business Partners

Our dealings with business partners are characterized by fairness and honesty. We market our company by demonstrating our strengths, never by slandering competitors. Employees must not accept payments or gifts that could affect their objectivity, and all client information is kept confidential under our Confidentiality Policy.

3. Transparency

We encourage an ongoing dialogue with clients, employees and other stakeholders, and strive to provide relevant, accurate and timely information with due consideration to business interests.

4. Conflicts of Interest

Employees and board members conduct their private, financial and external activities in a manner that does not conflict with the interests of the company; any conflict must be reported immediately.

5. Environment

We continuously reduce our climate impact, focusing on travel and energy consumption, and apply the precautionary principle to avoid materials and methods posing environmental and health risks.

6. Human Rights

Within our sphere of influence we support and respect internationally proclaimed human rights, including labour rights, and provide a safe, healthy and non-discriminatory work environment.
